Important Safety Information

The Black DERMO TECH product line is indicated for patients over the age of 21 and includes Black Design^TM , Black Restore^TM , Black Touch^TM , Black Velvet^TM , Black Origin^TM

Approved Uses

Black Design^TM is the thickest, designed for deep injections, volume restoration, and cheek/hand augmentation.
Black Restore^TM offers deep wrinkle correction and chin augmentation while allowing for natural facial movement.
Black Touch^TM is a more flexible filler for dynamic areas, focusing on moderate to severe wrinkles with a natural, subtle appearance.
Black Velvet^TM is the thinnest, suited for fine lines and lip augmentation, offering the smoothest finish.
Black Origin^TM enhances contours and skin laxity with lasting hydration and rejuvenation.

Do not use Black DERMO TECH® fillers if you have severe allergies, a history of anaphylaxis, are allergic to lidocaine or the bacterial proteins used to make hyaluronic acid, are prone to bleeding, or have a bleeding disorder. The safety of this product during pregnancy or breastfeeding has not been established. Inform your doctor if you have a history of scarring or pigmentation issues, as these reactions can occur with hyaluronic acid fillers. Additionally, mention if you are planning any cosmetic treatments like lasers or chemical peels, as these may increase the risk of inflammation at the injection site.

If you are taking medications that affect your immune response or blood clotting, such as aspirin or warfarin, let your doctor know, as they may heighten the chances of bruising or bleeding at the injection site. Avoid using Black DERMO TECH® fillers on areas with active skin issues like sores, rashes, cysts, or infections until fully healed.

Common side effects include swelling, redness, pain, bruising, headaches, tenderness, lump formation, and itching at the injection site. In rare cases, delayed inflammation near the injection site may occur after viral or bacterial infections, vaccinations, or dental treatments, but it usually resolves with treatment or on its own. More serious but less common side effects include delayed infections, herpes flare-ups, or surface skin damage at the injection site. Though rare, accidental injection into a blood vessel may cause serious complications, such as vision issues, blindness, stroke, or permanent scarring. As with any skin injections, there's also a risk of infection.
